If you can't get good damage stats then poisoner like FB can be better. If you can get good damage stats for Rhazin you should probably go for him and you could use toxic gear to make up for the missing poisons. Otherwise most of the choices are dependent on gear. I would forget Holsring since he doesn't bring anything useful and his damage multipliers are low. With block damage you will lose some of the damage but he will still be good choice if your gear isn't too good yet since most of his damage comes from his passive and he will be great in affinity CB due to double AOE hits.

Hard to say, I use Geo in my killable team and on void he will do around 14 mil dmg and on affinity around 20 mil when usually lasting to 40+ turns.
